Polyglycerol Fatty Acid Esters is non-ionic emulsifier with an HLB value of 6-9. It has both hydrophilic and lipophilic properties and has high temperature resistance and certain of acid resistance. 

Light yellow powdery solid, non-irritating odor, soluble in organic solvents such as oil and alcohol. It can be dispersed in hot water to form uniform emulsion.
